Selection Process

1. Preliminary Examination (Screening Test): An objective-type computer-based test covering General Hindi, General Knowledge, General Intelligence, and Arithmetic. This stage is qualifying in nature and shortlists candidates for the Main Examination based on merit.

1. Main Examination (Written Test): A comprehensive written examination testing knowledge of technical subjects related to ITI trade, administrative abilities, and subject-specific competencies. Only candidates who qualify the Prelims are eligible for this stage.

1. Document Verification: Candidates qualifying the Main Examination are called for verification of original documents including educational certificates, caste certificates, domicile proof, and identity documents. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.

1. Merit List Preparation: Final merit list is prepared based on marks obtained in the Main Examination subject to satisfactory document verification and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.

1. Medical Examination: Selected candidates undergo medical fitness examination as per government standards to ensure physical and mental fitness for the post.

1. Final Appointment: After successful completion of all stages, appointment letters are issued and candidates are posted to various blocks across Uttar Pradesh.
