Yes. NDA & NA (UPSC) accepts Class 12 students aged 16.5-19.5 and trains them at the National Defence Academy, Pune for 3 years.
What is the Agniveer scheme?
Agniveer is a 4-year tenure recruitment into the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. After 4 years, 25% of each batch is retained as permanent regular cadre based on merit.
Is there a separate exam for the Coast Guard?
Yes. The Indian Coast Guard conducts independent recruitment for Navik (GD/DB) and Yantrik through joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
What is the medical standard for Defense jobs?
