Selection Process

1. Preliminary Examination: Computer-based objective type test covering General Knowledge, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Qualifying in nature to shortlist candidates for Mains examination. Conducted for 2 hours with 150 questions.

1. Main Examination: Comprehensive written examination consisting of two papers - Paper-I (General Studies and Mental Ability) and Paper-II (Subject-specific knowledge based on educational qualification). Descriptive and objective type questions covering relevant subjects for the applied post.

1. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from Mains are called for verification of original certificates including educational qualifications, caste certificate, domicile certificate, age proof, and other relevant documents. Any discrepancy leads to disqualification.

1. Merit List Preparation: Final merit list is prepared based on marks obtained in Main Examination only. Candidates are selected category-wise as per available vacancies and reservation norms.

1. Medical Examination: Selected candidates undergo medical fitness examination as per government norms to ensure physical and mental fitness for the post.

1. Final Appointment: After successful completion of all stages and police verification, appointment letters are issued to selected candidates.
