Selection Process

The GPSC Assistant Director selection follows a three-stage process:

1. Preliminary Examination (Screening Test): Objective-type computer-based test covering general studies, current affairs, Gujarat-specific knowledge, and basic engineering aptitude. This is a qualifying examination and marks are not counted for final merit. Candidates qualifying prelims are called for mains examination.
