AIIMS CRE-5 Recruitment 2026 is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) through its Central Recruitment Cell. This recruitment drive aims to fill various Group A, B, and C non-faculty positions across AIIMS institutions nationwide. The exam selects candidates for administrative, technical, nursing, paramedical, and other support staff positions in India's premier medical institutes. Educational Qualification

• Group A Posts: MBBS/MD/MS/DM/MCh or equivalent medical degree from recognized university
• Group B Posts: Graduate degree (BA/BSc/BCom) or Diploma in relevant field from recognized university
• Group C Posts: 10+2/Intermediate or 10th pass with ITI/Diploma in relevant trade
• Nursing Posts: B.Sc Nursing/GNM with valid registration from State/Indian Nursing Council

Application Fee Structure

1. Computer Based Test (Preliminary): Objective type multiple choice questions testing general knowledge, reasoning ability, numerical ability, and subject-specific knowledge. Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks proceed to next stage.

1. Computer Based Test (Mains): Comprehensive exam with higher difficulty level covering job-specific subjects, professional knowledge, and analytical skills. Only shortlisted candidates from prelims are called for mains.

1. Skill Test/Practical Test: For technical, nursing, and paramedical posts, candidates must demonstrate practical skills relevant to the position. Computer proficiency test conducted for clerical and administrative posts.

1. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear with original documents including educational certificates, caste certificate, experience certificates, and identity proof for verification by AIIMS officials.

1. Medical Examination: Candidates provisionally selected undergo comprehensive medical fitness examination as per AIIMS standards to ensure physical and mental fitness for the post.

1. Interview/Personality Test: For Group A posts, candidates face interview panel assessing professional knowledge, communication skills, subject expertise, and suitability for the position.

1. Final Merit List: Based on combined performance in written exam (prelims + mains), skill test, and interview (where applicable), final merit list is prepared category-wise for appointment.
