The Uttar Pradesh Basic Shiksha Parishad (UPBSP) conducts recruitment for Special Educator positions to provide inclusive education support to students with disabilities in government primary and upper primary schools across Uttar Pradesh. Educational Qualification

Selection Stages

1. Written Examination (Objective Type): Computer-based or offline objective type examination covering Child Development & Pedagogy, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Hindi Language, and Special Education topics. This is the primary screening stage with merit-based shortlisting.

Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted based on written exam merit will be called for verification of original certificates including educational qualifications, caste certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and identity proof. Discrepancies lead to disqualification.

1. Merit List Preparation: Final merit list will be prepared based on written examination marks. In case of tie, candidates with higher age will be given preference, followed by alphabetical order of names.

1. District Preference Allotment: Based on merit rank and preferences filled during application, candidates will be allotted to districts. Candidates must report to the assigned district within the stipulated time.

1. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination by the authorized medical board to ensure physical and mental fitness for teaching duties. Medical fitness certificate is mandatory for joining.
