Selection Stages

1. Written Examination: Computer-based online test consisting of objective type questions covering General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language, and Domain-Specific Knowledge relevant to the post applied for. Duration: 2 hours.

1. Shortlisting: Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks in written examination will be shortlisted for personal interview based on merit and vacancy position (typically 3-5 times the number of vacancies).

1. Personal Interview: Face-to-face interview conducted by a panel of experts to assess candidate's knowledge, aptitude, communication skills, leadership qualities, and suitability for the Chief Manager position. Maximum marks: 100.
