1. Preliminary Examination: The first stage is an online objective test consisting of three sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. This is a qualifying exam and marks obtained are not counted for final merit. Candidates who secure minimum sectional and overall cut-off marks are shortlisted for the Main Examination.

Main Examination: Qualified candidates appear for the Main Examination which is also an online objective test with four sections - Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language. This exam also includes a Descriptive Test (Essay and Letter Writing). Marks obtained in Main Exam are counted for final merit calculation with 75% weightage.

1. Group Exercise & Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Main Exam are called for Group Exercise and Personal Interview round. The Group Exercise tests teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, while the Interview assesses personality, knowledge, and suitability for the banking profession. This round carries 25% weightage (GE: 20 marks, Interview: 30 marks) in final merit.

1. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify all stages undergo thorough document verification where all original certificates and testimonials are verified against the details submitted in the application form.

1. Medical Examination: Finally selected candidates must undergo a medical fitness examination as per the bank's standards. Candidates found medically fit are issued appointment letters.
