• Minimum Requirement: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Preliminary Examination (Phase-I): Objective type online test of 1 hour duration with three sections (English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability). This is a qualifying exam and marks are not counted for final merit. Candidates securing minimum sectional and overall cut-off qualify for Mains.

1. Main Examination (Phase-II): Objective type online test of 3 hours covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language, plus a 30-minute Descriptive Test (Essay & Letter Writing). Marks obtained in Mains exam are considered for final merit list calculation.

1. Group Exercise & Personal Interview (Phase-III): Shortlisted candidates from Mains are called for Group Exercise (20 marks) and Personal Interview (30 marks). Group Exercise tests team coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Interview assesses personality, confidence, subject knowledge, and suitability for banking career.

1. Document Verification: Candidates provisionally selected after interview must produce original documents for verification including educational certificates, caste certificate, medical fitness certificate, and other relevant documents.

1. Final Merit List: Final selection is based on combined marks of Main Exam (out of 250) + Group Exercise (20) + Interview (30) = Total 300 marks. Candidates are ranked category-wise and selected as per vacancies.
