RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Graduate CEN 06/2025 is conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards across India to recruit candidates for various graduate-level non-technical posts in Indian Railways. Educational Qualification

• Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Station Master: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Goods Guard: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: Bachelor's degree with typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi
• Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Nationality

• Candidate must be a citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or

3. Register as a new user by providing basic details (Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID)
4. Verify mobile number and email through OTP
5. Login using registration number and password
6. Fill the application form with personal details, educational qualifications, post preferences, upload photograph and signature (photograph: 35-100 KB, signature: 10-50 KB in JPG/JPEG format)
7. Select examination city preferences (candidates can choose up to 4 cities in order of preference)
8. Preview the complete application form and verify all details
9. Pay application fee through online modes (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI) or offline through SBI Bank Challan/Post Office Challan
10. Submit the application and take printout of the application form for future reference

1. Computer Based Test Stage 1 (CBT 1): Screening test to shortlist candidates for CBT 2. Candidates are shortlisted category-wise and post-wise based on merit. Number of candidates shortlisted will be 20 times the vacancy for each post and category, subject to availability and normalization of marks.

1. Computer Based Test Stage 2 (CBT 2): Main examination covering subjects relevant to the post applied. This is the merit-determining stage. Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks are considered based on their CBT 2 performance.

1. Skill Test/Typing Test: Mandatory for posts like Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist. Typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on computer is required. This is qualifying in nature.

1. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for verification of original certificates including educational qualifications, date of birth, caste certificate, EWS certificate, PwBD certificate, and other relevant documents.

1. Medical Examination: Candidates who successfully complete document verification undergo medical examination as per Railway medical standards (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1, C2, C3 categories based on post requirements).

1. Final Merit List: Prepared based on CBT 2 marks (normalized if held in multiple shifts). Candidates are allocated to RRBs and posts based on merit, preference, and vacancy availability.
