Railway RRB Paramedical CEN 03/2025 DV Admit Card 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the Paramedical recruitment under CEN 03/2025 to fill various paramedical positions across Indian Railways zones. This recruitment is for posts including Staff Nurse, Health & Malaria Inspector, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, and other paramedical staff. The Document Verification (DV) Admit Card 2026 is issued to candidates who have successfully cleared the Computer Based Test (CBT) stages. RRB operates under the Ministry of Railways and conducts this all-India level recruitment to staff healthcare facilities at railway hospitals, health units, and medical centers across the Indian Railways network. Educational Qualification

• Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from recognized institution with registration in State/Indian Nursing Council
• Health & Malaria Inspector: Diploma in Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector from recognized institution
• Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) / B.Pharma with registration in State/Central Pharmacy Council
• Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) / B.Sc MLT from recognized institution
• Radiographer: Diploma in Radiography / B.Sc in Radiography from recognized institution

How to Apply Online

Selection Stages

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Single-stage or two-stage computer-based examination covering General Awareness, Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and subject-specific knowledge. Negative marking of 1/3rd mark per wrong answer applies.

1. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates based on CBT performance are called for verification of original documents including educational certificates, caste certificate, age proof, and registration certificates.

1. Medical Examination: Candidates who successfully complete DV undergo comprehensive medical examination as per Railway medical standards (A1, A2, A3 categories depending on post).

1. Final Merit List: Final selection is based on normalized marks obtained in CBT, subject to qualifying DV and medical fitness. Merit list is prepared category-wise and post-wise.

1. Appointment: Selected candidates receive appointment letters and are allocated to various railway zones based on merit, preference, and vacancy availability.

Railway paramedical staff have structured career progression with regular promotions based on seniority-cum-merit. Staff Nurses can progress to Senior Staff Nurse, Matron, and Chief Matron positions with corresponding pay levels up to Level 8-10. Pharmacists and Lab Technicians can advance to Senior positions and eventually Supervisory roles. Time-bound promotions are typically available after 4-6 years in each grade, along with opportunities for departmental examinations to accelerate career growth.

The DV Admit Card for RRB Paramedical CEN 03/2025 will be released on the official RRB websites approximately 7-10 days before the scheduled document verification date. Candidates must download the admit card by logging into their account using registration number and password. The admit card contains details of DV venue, date, time, and list of documents to be brought for verification. No hard copy is sent by post.

CBT results are typically declared within 20-30 days of exam completion and are published on the official RRB websites. Results are available in PDF format with roll numbers of qualified candidates. Final result after DV and medical examination is declared zone-wise and post-wise, showing the merit position and allocation details. Candidates can check results using their registration credentials.

RRB Paramedical cutoff marks vary by post, category, and zone. Typically, UR category cutoff ranges from 60-75 marks out of 100, OBC cutoff is 5-8 marks lower, SC cutoff is 8-12 marks lower, and ST cutoff is 10-15 marks lower than UR. Normalized scores are used when exams are conducted in multiple shifts. High-demand zones like Western and Northern Railways generally have higher cutoffs compared to Northeast zones.
