Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board

Selection Process

JIPMAT 2026 admit cards will be released approximately 10-15 days before the examination date on the official NTA JIPMAT website. Candidates must login using their Application Number and Date of Birth/Password to download the admit card. The admit card contains crucial details including candidate's name, photograph, exam date, reporting time, exam centre address, and important instructions. No physical admit cards are sent by post; candidates must carry a printed copy along with valid photo ID proof to the examination centre.

NTA declares JIPMAT 2026 results typically within 7-10 days after the examination through the official website. Candidates can check their results, scores, percentile, and All India Rank (AIR) by logging in with their credentials. The result displays section-wise and total scores along with percentile rankings. NTA also releases category-wise merit lists and qualifying cut-offs. JIPMAT cutoffs vary annually based on exam difficulty, number of test-takers, and seat availability. Typically, General category candidates require 75-85 percentile for IIM Bodh Gaya and 80-90 percentile for IIM Jammu. Reserved category cutoffs are approximately 10-15 percentile points lower. Category-wise, SC/ST candidates may qualify at 55-65 percentile, while OBC-NCL candidates need around 65-75 percentile. Cutoffs are announced separately by each IIM during counselling, and meeting the minimum percentile does not guarantee admission as final selection depends on merit rank and seat availability.
