Educational Qualification

• Scientists/Engineers (SC/SD): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant disciplines (Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) from recognized university with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
• Technical Assistants: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in relevant branch with 65% marks
• Technician-B: ITI/Diploma in relevant trade with minimum 60% marks
• Administrative Posts: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. Post-specific requirements like typing speed may apply
• Draughtsman: Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with CAD knowledge

1. Written Examination: Computer-based objective type test covering technical/professional knowledge, general awareness, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude based on the post applied for. Duration typically 2-3 hours.

1. Skill Test/Trade Test: For technical positions like Technician, Draughtsman, and Technical Assistants, practical skill assessment will be conducted to evaluate hands-on proficiency in respective trades.

1. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from written exam will be called for interview. Panel assesses technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication skills and suitability for ISRO work culture. Carries 20-25% weightage in final merit.

1. Document Verification: Original certificates including educational qualifications, caste certificate, age proof, experience certificates will be verified. Non-production leads to disqualification.

1. Medical Examination: Final selected candidates must undergo medical fitness examination as per ISRO standards. Fitness certificate from authorized medical board mandatory before joining.

1. Security Clearance: Background verification and police verification conducted for all selected candidates before final appointment.
