Career Growth
After completing four years as an Agniveer, approximately 25% of each batch will be enrolled into regular cadre of the Indian Navy based on organizational requirements, performance assessment, and merit. Those re-enrolled will serve for a further period of 15 years subject to terms and conditions of service. For those not re-enrolled, the Seva Nidhi package, skill certificates, and experience certificate will facilitate employment opportunities in other sectors including paramilitary forces, state police, and private security organizations.
