Selection Process

Selection Process

The selection for IIA UDC posts will be conducted through the following stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): A written examination covering General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The test will be objective type multiple choice questions. Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit in CBT.
  1. Skill Test (Typing Test): Shortlisted candidates from CBT will be called for typing test in English or Hindi. The typing speed requirement is typically 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. This test is qualifying in nature.
  1. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the Skill Test will be called for document verification where original certificates of educational qualification, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate (if applicable) and other relevant documents will be verified.
  1. Medical Examination: Finally selected candidates will undergo medical examination to ensure fitness for the post as per government standards.
