Selection Stages

1. Trade Test / Skill Test: Candidates will undergo a practical trade test in their respective trade to assess their technical skills and proficiency. 1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify the trade test will undergo physical efficiency test which includes:

• Race (1.6 km run for men to be completed in 6.5 minutes; 1 km run for women in 4 minutes)
• Long Jump (3.65 meters for men in 3 chances; 2.7 meters for women)
• High Jump (1.2 meters for men in 3 chances; 0.9 meters for women)

All events are qualifying in nature.

1. Physical Standard Test (PST): Verification of physical measurements as per prescribed standards:

• Height: Minimum 165 cm for men (157.5 cm for women)
• Chest: 80-85 cm for men (Not applicable for women)
• Weight: Proportionate to height and age

1. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify PET/PST will undergo thorough document verification. Original certificates of education, ITI/trade certificate, age proof, caste certificate, and other relevant documents are verified. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
