1. Personal Interview: All shortlisted candidates will face a panel interview to assess personality, communication skills, subject knowledge, teaching aptitude, and suitability for working in an Army school environment. Marks will be awarded out of 100.

1. Document Verification: Candidates clearing the interview will undergo thorough verification of all original documents including educational certificates, caste certificates, experience certificates, identity proofs, and other relevant documents.

1. Medical Examination: Selected candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination at designated military/civil hospital to ensure fitness for the post as per AWES medical standards.
