For Consultant:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university/institute in relevant discipline

For Junior Consultant:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university/institute in relevant discipline

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of Applications: Applications will be screened based on educational qualifications, experience and eligibility criteria. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection rounds.

Note: Contractual positions typically receive consolidated pay without regular allowances like DA, HRA. Exact remuneration depends on experience, qualification and contract terms. No pension benefits for contractual employees. Annual performance-based increments may be provided as per contract renewal terms.

For contractual consultant positions in AAI, career growth is limited compared to regular employees. Contract may be renewed based on performance and organizational requirement, typically for 1-3 year periods. Outstanding performance may lead to consideration for regular positions through proper recruitment process, though this is not guaranteed. Consultants gain valuable experience in airport infrastructure and aviation sector which enhances career prospects in the industry.

Admit cards for written test/interview (if applicable) will be released approximately 10-15 days before the scheduled date on the official AAI recruitment portal. Candidates must download the admit card by logging into their account using registration credentials. No physical admit cards will be sent by post. The admit card contains important details like examination centre, reporting time, candidate's photograph and signature, and instructions for the examination day.

Results will be declared on the official AAI website after completion of the selection process. For written tests (if conducted), answer keys may be released first followed by preliminary results. Interview cutoff is typically around 40-50% of maximum marks. Final selection depends on combined performance in all selection stages.
