KVS TGT/PGT Application Form — Step-by-Step Apply Online Guide
Step-by-step application process
- Register at kvsangathan.nic.in → Recruitment section → Apply Online.
- Fill Personal Details + Address.
- Fill Educational Qualification — Master's degree (PGT), Bachelor's + B.Ed (TGT).
- Choose Subject (Hindi, English, Maths, Sanskrit, Sci, SST etc.).
- Upload Photo, Signature, Mark sheets (Class 10, 12, Graduation, B.Ed, Master's).
- Choose Exam Centre preferences.
- Pay Rs. 1500/1200 via debit/credit card or net banking.
- Submit and download application acknowledgment.
Top mistakes that get applications rejected
- Forgetting B.Ed mandatory subject — TGT requires B.Ed in the SAME subject.
- Uploading Master's in different subject than applied for PGT post.
Last-minute tip
Verify CTET / state TET certificate validity — must be valid on the date of application submission.
